Order

Can I change or cancel my order?

Cancellation of an order prior to dispatch will be processed immediately by us.  However, please note that there will be a time delay with regards to the refund appearing on your statement

I've ordered but why is it now out of stock?

Online sales are subject to change in stock quantity. This can happen at any time and it is at the discretion of Trotter & Deane to cancel a placed order. Depending on your method of payment, a refund of monies will be made to the customer included with the order.

Please be aware that we are a small company and occasionally items get sold before we can update our system.

I am purchasing as a gift, do you know my partners sizing?

Customers who are familiar with us will know that we have a database system that keeps a record of our customers sales. This allows us to build a profile that helps us with sizing. If you are unsure of what size to buy, please contact us via telephone or email and we will assist you.

I can’t see the item I like, is it available?

Our online store is only a small offering of what we do. If you have seen a product you like but can’t see it for sale online, just drop us an email.

There is an issue with my order that I have received. What should I do?

Delivery

Which delivery options can I choose?

We offer a Standard Delivery and Click & Collect service.

How long does it take before I receive my order?

Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.

How long does Click & Collect take?

Your Click and Collect order should be ready for you to collect within 1 working day.

Can I change my delivery address?

This is possible if your order has not been dispatched yet. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible, preferably by phone on 01223 603050.

Do you deliver abroad?

We only deliver to UK addresses.

Returns

What is your Returns and Refunds Policy

Items must be received within 14 days of purchase and posted to our Cambridge address.

We will issue a refund once we have received the items, minus the postage cost.

Who is responsible for returns postage?

Unless the item is faulty, then you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

Once we have received the item you have returned to us, please allow 2-3 working days for the refund to be credited back to you.
