Our Bespoke Tailoring Service
Unrivalled in quality and craftsmanship, our bespoke garments are hand-cut and hand-made in England by dedicated Savile Row artisans.
Crafted using techniques and skills unique to an industry that holds centuries of tradition.
Consultation
The process begins with an initial consultation, whereby your cloth,
lining and styling is decided upon to suit the needs of your occasion.
A comprehensive set of over 20 body measures are taken, alongside assessing
figuration. Using this as a basis, and building on generations of skill and
knowledge, our tailor will begin by striking out and cutting the chosen cloth
from a bespoke paper pattern.
First Fitting
Known as a ‘skeleton baste’ - the fit will be
scrupulously analysed; chalking and pinning the garment, for it to be ripped
down and re-cut.
Second Fitting
When we next welcome you back, the process will be repeated to further refine the fit, focusing on finer details, such as lapel width and sleeve length, before returning to our workshop.
Having then received its buttons, hand-sewn buttonholes and edge-stitching - your suit is complete; one final fitting is
performed to ensure it meets our exacting standards before leaving the door.
Our Time Frame
To craft the perfect bespoke suit, a minimum of three fittings, from the initial consultation, are required, with this process taking a minimum of 12 weeks.
For future commissions, your pattern is retained and orders may be expedited,
resulting in a shorter lead time.
