We use Google analytics to track which pages are most popular, so we can focus on these areas to give you a better user experience.

Google Maps

S – This is a unique identifier used by Google applications to store user preferences.

NID – A persistent cookie, which expires a little under six months from the time it’s set. This is a unique identifier used by Google applications to store user preferences.

WordPress

We use WordPress as our content management system on the website.

wordpress_test_cookie is set when you navigate to the login page. The cookie is used to check whether your web browser is set to allow, or reject cookies. This is asession cookie and deleted when you close your web browser.

Font Awesome

We use Font Awesome’s content delivery network to load icons, Font Awesome collects data about what icon files you download and when.

Font Awesome uses data about how you use Font Awesome content delivery networks to:

  • optimise the content delivery networks, so website visitors can download files quickly
  • diagnose and debug technical errors
  • defend the content delivery networks from abuse and technical attacks
  • calculate fees for Font Awesome Pro customers
  • compile statistics on icon popularity
  • compile statistics on the kinds of software and computers visitors use

Font Awesome usually stores data about how you use content delivery networks in identifiable form for just a few weeks. In special circumstances, like extended investigations about technical attacks, Font Awesome may preserve log data longer, for analysis. Font Awesome stores aggregate statistics about use of content delivery networks indefinitely, but those statistics don’t include data identifiable to you personally.

Cloudflare

We use Cloudflares’ CDN, DNS, DDoS protection and security to further protect our users.

Cloudflare is one of the biggest networks operating on the Internet. We use Cloudflare services for the purposes of increasing the security and performance of our website.

_cfdruid

_cfduidcookie helps Cloudflare detect malicious visitors to our website and minimizes blocking legitimate users. It may be placed on the devices of our customers’ End Users to identify individual clients behind a shared IP address and apply security settings on a per-client basis. It is necessary for supporting Cloudflare’s security features.

_cf_bm

_cf_bm cookie supports Cloudflare Bot Management by managing incoming traffic that matches criteria associated with bots. The cookie does not collect any personal data, and any information collected is subject to one-way encryption. This encrypted file contains Cloudflare’s proprietary bot score and helps manage incoming traffic that matches specific criteria.

Because Cloudflare uses this cookie to identify both HTTP and HTTPS requests from known clients, we do not set the “secure” flag on it. This is not a risk, however, as mentioned above the cookie does not contain sensitive data.

This cookie is strictly necessary for Cloudflare’s security features and cannot be turned off.

Facebook

We use Facebook’s Pixel tracking code for delivering targeted ads to our customers. It allows us to make sure the relevant ad is being displayed to the right people.

We use the _fbp cookie for this.

Pixel collects the following data:

  • Http Headers – Anything present in HTTP headers. HTTP Headers are a standard web protocol sent between any browser request and any server on the internet. HTTP Headers include IP addresses, information about the web browser, page location, document, referrer and person using the website.
  • Pixel-specific Data – Includes Pixel ID and the Facebook Cookie.
  • Button Click Data – Includes any buttons clicked by site visitors, the labels of those buttons and any pages visited as a result of the button clicks.
  • Optional Values – Developers and marketers can optionally choose to send additional information about the visit through conversion tracking. Example custom data events are conversion value, page type, and more.
  • Form Field Names – Includes website field names like ‘email’, ‘address’, ‘quantity’ for when you purchase a product or service. We don’t capture field values unless you include them as part of Advanced Matching, conversion tracking, or user properties.

You can view your Facebook ads settings and update your preferences at any time.

 

Turning Off Cookies in Different Browsers

The Help menu on the menu bar of most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie and how to disable cookies altogether. Additionally, you can disable or delete similar data used by browser add-ons, such as Flash cookies, by changing the add-ons settings or visiting the website of its manufacturer.
